In order to sensitise the population of the amount of taxes they are paying two tools have been used
- The Personal Tax Calculator that allows each taxpayer to calculate in a personalized way the day he stops paying taxes and he actually starts working for himself.
- The Tax Freedom Day the first day in a year a nation as a whole has earned enough income to fund its annual tax burden (the day of the year when citizens and companies stop paying taxes and start working for themselves).
